Mandy McDonald is a talented glass jewelry artist, located in country New South Wales, near Sydney, Australia.



Mandy is known to the local community through her volunteer work running art and craft classes for the residents at her local nursing home and running weekly StoryTime for pre school children at her local library. Mandy is, by profession, a podiatrist, but has been captured by her once hobby, and now full - time passion - glass jewelry and wearable glass art and her Heart of Glass studio.

“Why glass?”. Mandy could never find unique jewelry designs that were hand made and interesting, so her husband Steve planted the seed by asking “Why don’t you make your own?”
