Heart of Glass is a small studio in country New South Wales, Australia. I specialise in unique, original wearable glass art. My pieces are 'statement' pieces and not for the faint hearted. Most pieces have been kiln fired multiple times to 'get the look', all glass has been annealed to give strength and longevity to the piece. Wear with confidence, wear with pride.
Payment
PayPal is the easiest and safest method of payment. I will send the chosen item on receipt of payment. I am happy to email confirmation of payment so that you know to expect a parcel. Australians may choose to internet bank in aussie dollars. Email me for my bank details.

Refunds and Exchanges
Photography is not kind to glass jewellery! If you would like me to email a more detailed photo of your chosen piece before you commit, no problem. If you wish me to make a customised piece, I would prefer to send a detailed photo of the finished piece before you commit. If what you receive is not what you want, send it straight back in its package, at your postage cost. I shall refund your money.
Additional Policies and FAQs
All pieces will be sent boxed and bubble wrapped to avoid damage. If the worst should happen, return the package.
